We are hiring for field-based roles that support safe, structured cohort experiences. This work takes place outdoors and requires strong awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to stay steady in changing conditions.
All positions are:
• in-person (Austin, TX)
• outdoor and terrain-based
• responsibility-driven, not desk-based
